The main house includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom featuring a spa shower, a 55" Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed, a 55" Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi. The living room boasts a couch, a chair, a 75" mounted Smart TV, a Bluetooth soundbar, and a workstation with a printer. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/induction range, and a coffee maker with both a coffee pot and single-cup brew options, alongside a kitchen island with four barstools and a dining table.

In addition to the main house, there is a guest house that includes a third bedroom with a queen bed, a 55" Smart TV, a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a workstation. The home is located on a canal connected to Lake Granbury, enhancing your outdoor experience. The exterior area features an inviting outdoor patio with a dining area, griddle, seating, and a firepit by the lake.

For entertainment, the living room's 75-inch Smart TV and the guest rooms' 55-inch Smart TVs allow you to add your streaming services or cast content while connecting to high-speed wireless internet. This is also a fantastic place to enjoy the outdoors, with opportunities to see various wildlife, including ducks, geese, turtles, fish, frogs, and snakes. We encourage guests to observe wildlife from a distance and refrain from feeding them.

The kitchen comes stocked with a Hamilton Beach coffee pot offering single-cup brewing, as well as complimentary coffee grounds, pods, creamer, and tea. Guests will have full access to the entire home, dock, boat lift, guest house, and the attached garage. The neighborhood features a private boat launch, or you can rent a boat from local outlets. Please note that this home is in a gated community and requires approved access for entry.
